CalCentral Student Portal
Problem: Students have to make their way through the University of California – Berkeley using a huge number of antiquated websites and applications, from their initial application to registration for classes, from using the LMS in classes to participating in campus life, and to find a job and remain connected as an alum after graduation.
Business goals:
Create a “One Stop Shop” for students, aggregating information from numerous UC Berkeley websites and applications, to help them answer these questions:
- Where do I need to be?
- What do I need to do?
- What do I need to know?
- What am I working on and with whom?
